The listings show the entries (including cross-references) in alphabetical order and provide brief descriptions and the length categories of the entries.

Here are the listings for the first volume A-C , second volume D-Ha , third volume He-N, fourth volume O-X and volume 5.

Volume one appeared in print in 2003, volume two in 2005, volume three in 2007, volume four in 2010. The listing of volume 5 (to appear in 2012) is highly tentative (state January 2011).
